Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearance.

Missed Deliveries or Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • A failed delivery attempt
  • Failure to collect from a designated pick-up point

Wrong or Faulty Product?

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • A replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost
  • If a second issue occurs, we’ll issue a full refund

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your parcel is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to logistics:
