To keep our prices fair — without compromising on quality — we ship all orders directly from our international supplier.
This helps reduce storage and packaging costs, allowing us to focus on delivering premium baby essentials at a reasonable price.
Delivery Within the UK
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £99.
For orders under £99, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 6–15 working days.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearance.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Missed Deliveries or Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- A failed delivery attempt
- Failure to collect from a designated pick-up point
…a £18 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong or Faulty Product?
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- A replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost
- If a second issue occurs, we’ll issue a full refund
To resolve the issue quickly, please send us:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
- A short note describing the issue
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your parcel is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to logistics:
- We will send a replacement free of charge
- If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund
