Baybilux is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and comfort with every purchase.
If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help and ensure a smooth, respectful resolution.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with UK consumer rights.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Return requests must be made by emailing info@baybilux.co.uk.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address based on the dispatch location of your order.

Please note: As we ship from multiple fulfilment centres, return addresses may vary depending on your item’s origin.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email our support team at info@baybilux.co.uk to initiate your return.
  2. Include your order number and a brief reason for returning the item.
  3. Once approved, pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
  4. Use a trackable courier service and retain proof of postage.

We recommend Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, or DPD for reliable returns within the UK. Please ensure the item reaches us within 30 days of return approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Please note: Original shipping charges and return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item (e.g. for a different colour or size), please mention this when emailing us.
Exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped after we receive and approve your original item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item.

Please:

  1. Email info@baybilux.co.uk with clear photos of the issue.
  2. If the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or partial refund — no return required in most cases.
  3. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Beauty & personal care products (e.g. skincare, makeup, body care)
  • Intimate wear (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
  • Items marked final sale or discounted during promotional periods

Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • If you wish to cancel, please email us within 15 minutes of placing your order.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may still return it in line with our returns policy above.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Typical UK return costs: £15–£25, depending on courier and location.
These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If a refund is issued, any original shipping or return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost or Unclaimed Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • A failed delivery attempt
  • Failure to collect from a pick-up point

…we reserve the right to deduct a £35 restocking fee from your refund.
