Our baby carriers are made from premium, certified materials such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 cotton, breathable linen, bamboo blends, or organic canvas, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and gentle on your baby’s sensitive skin. Every component — including buckles and straps — undergoes rigorous quality checks.
Are your carriers ergonomic?
Yes — all our carriers are ergonomically designed to support healthy hip and spine development for babies and toddlers. They encourage the recommended “M” position (with knees higher than the bottom), as advised by paediatric experts and the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
Are the carriers suitable for newborns and toddlers?
Most of our carriers support babies from 3.5 kg (7.7 lb) up to 20 kg (44 lb). Newborns may require an adjustable seat setting or infant insert. Please always check the product specifications before use.
What carrying positions does the carrier support?
Depending on the model, our carriers support:

What size should I choose?
Most of our carriers are one-size-fits-most, with adjustable shoulder straps, waistband, and panel height.
Do your carriers fit plus-size or petite body types?
Yes. Our adjustable design accommodates waist sizes from approximately 60 cm to 140 cm. For extra support or comfort, extension belts and custom fittings are available.
How do I wear the carrier correctly?
Each carrier includes a user manual. Key steps include:
- Ensuring your baby is seated deeply in the panel
- Tightening straps evenly and securely
- Making sure your baby’s face is visible and kissable

Is it hard to put on the carrier by myself?
Not at all. Our carriers are specifically designed for solo wear, with intuitive buckles and adjustable straps.With a little practice, most caregivers find them easy to use on their own.
Can I switch between front, hip, and back carry?
Yes. Our multi-position carriers support all major carry styles. We recommend switching gradually and following the position-specific instructions. When trying back carry for the first time, use a mirror or ask another adult for support.
Can I breastfeed while using the carrier?
Yes. Breastfeeding is possible in the front inward-facing position. Simply loosen the shoulder strap slightly and guide your baby to latch. After feeding, return your baby to an upright and supported position.
At what age should I switch from front to back carry?
Typically around 6 months, once your baby has strong head and neck control. Always ensure your baby is developmentally ready, and use mirrors to check posture and positioning.
How do I adjust the carrier for a proper fit?
Tighten the waist and shoulder straps until your baby is high and snug against your body. Make sure:
- Baby’s airway is clear
- Knees are higher than the bottom in the “M” position
- The back panel supports the spine gently but securely

Are your carriers hip-healthy and endorsed by experts?
Yes. Many of our carriers are acknowledged as "hip-healthy" by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. We work closely with midwives, paediatricians, and certified babywearing consultants to ensure optimal support.
What is the safe age/weight range for babywearing?
Most carriers are safe for use from birth (3.5 kg) up to 20 kg or 36 months. Always check the product label for exact weight limits. Never carry a baby who cannot yet support their head in a position that lacks adequate head support.
What are the signs of unsafe baby positioning?
Red flags include:
- Baby’s chin resting on their chest
- Slumped or curled posture
- Face covered by fabric
- Legs dangling vertically
Always ensure your baby’s nose and mouth are visible, and their spine remains naturally curved.
Can I use the carrier with a baby who has health concerns?
If your baby has any medical conditions, was born prematurely, or has a low birth weight, we strongly recommend speaking to your paediatrician before using a carrier. They can advise on safety or recommend alternative solutions.

Washing & Care
How do I clean the baby carrier?
For daily use, we recommend spot-cleaning with a soft cloth and mild, baby-safe detergent. For deeper cleaning, remove all detachable accessories and machine wash the carrier on a gentle cycle. Always line dry.
Is it machine washable?
Yes, most of our models are machine washable on a delicate setting. Use a laundry bag to protect buckles and straps during washing. Do not use fabric softener.
Will the fabric shrink or fade?
No. All fabrics are pre-washed and colourfast. With proper care—avoiding bleach and high heat—your carrier will retain its shape and colour for years to come.
How often should I wash the carrier?
Wash only when necessary. Frequent washing may shorten the lifespan of the materials. Spot-clean for regular use and deep clean monthly or after major spills.
Can I use stain remover or bleach on the fabric?
No. Harsh chemicals like bleach can damage the fibres and compromise fabric safety. We recommend using a gentle, baby-safe stain remover, and rinsing thoroughly.
Should I air dry or machine dry the carrier?
Always air dry—either flat or on a hanger in the shade. Do not tumble dry, as heat can warp plastic parts and weaken the fabric.
Are replacement parts or accessories washable too?
Yes. Most accessories—such as drool pads, hoods, and infant inserts—are also machine washable. Please follow the specific care instructions provided on each item’s label.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other major debit and credit cards. Local payment options such as Afterpay and iDEAL may be available depending on your location.
Can I apply a discount code after I place an order?
Unfortunately, discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively once your order has been confirmed.

Standard shipping usually takes 6–15 business days. Please note delivery times may be extended due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Yes—express delivery is available in selected regions. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer same‑day delivery.
Will I receive tracking information once my order ships?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your chosen destination and delivery service. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over £99 qualify for free standard shipping. Occasionally, we may run promotions offering free delivery site‑wide.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact us immediately.We’ll coordinate with the carrier and send a replacement if necessary.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes, although delivery times to these addresses may take longer. Please note: express shipping may not be available for PO boxes or military addresses.
